Seven Conversation Starters for Deep Conversations.

To dispel awkward silence, help introverts open up, and have a more meaningful conversation try these:

1. If you were given 10 million dollars and 10 years, what would you do?

2. If you found a magic lamp and were granted three wishes, what would you wish for?

3. You just won your dream vacation. Where do you want to go and who would you take with you?

4. You rescue a fairy from a spider's web and are given a change wand. This will allow you to change anything as long as it does not take away the agency of other people. What would you want to do?

5. Where is your sacred grove/oasis/inner sanctum where you can go to be alone? When do you need to go there? What does it look like?

6. You find a letter written by you 50 years in the future addressed to yourself. What do you think is in that letter? What would you write back?

7. You have just been recruited to try out the very first time machine. Where would you want to go? What would you want to do? What would you want to learn? What would you want to change?

Another activity is to have a list of character traits. Have the person divide the traits up by those they think they have, those they want to have, and those they they want to discard.
