Homemade BBQ Sauce and Kid Friendly Meat Loaf

While Leif was out, I sent him this food porn so he knew what he had to look forward to when he came home.

And I sent him pictures of what all our babies were doing too.
Putting away his clothes.

Napping.

 Just being cute.

<3 Leif says he is a very lucky man. <3

Here is the lucky man recipes:

BBQ Sauce

2 1/2 c. Ketsup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard

You can add more mustard to make it more spicy, or brown sugar to make it more sweet.

Some other things you can add to your sauce is honey, hickory smoke, diced onions, and stake seasoning.

Kid Friendly Meatloaf
(I have to double it for our large family)

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (20 ounce) package ground turkey
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Preheat the oven to 350

Mix together the ground turkey, egg, and bread crumbs using your hands.
Roll into balls or small strips (like fish sticks.)

Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, then turn them over, and continue baking for about 5 more minutes, or until done in the middle.
